Osetra Caviar, tangy with a touch of brine.

The O.G. Of all caviars. With colors ranging from gray to black, and a softer smaller pearl- this caviar is as classic as it gets.

While it's nickname is Russian Sturgeon, it actually is farmed all over the world, and historically these beasts were wild and known for their intense flavors of sea.While our Osetra does have some salinity to it, we work with farmers who use a very low Malosol content which allows the acidity to shine through.
