Founded by Ariel Arce, acclaimed NYC restauranteur (Pearl Box, Tokyo Record Bar, Roscioli etc...) and unapologetic fine-foods fanatic, Big Pearl represents a push toward the democratization of caviar, striving to give anyone with an excitable palette access to a fancy condiment for any occasion.
Whether you’re a lifelong connoisseur or just caviar-curious, we believe you deserve to enjoy it in abundance, be that on toast, with fries, off a spoon, or straight from the tin. There’s no wrong way to eat it.

We founded Big Pearl in 2020 to deliver the same ultra-high-quality stuff you love… priced to enjoy whenever, wherever, you want it.
We did it because a long, long time ago, somebody somewhere decided that caviar was only for special occasions.
That person was wrong.
Sure, caviar is a treat. But treats can be had whenever you want. Because you’re an adult. And we want to give it to you.
