Golden Osetra Caviar, umami bomb.

The real goldilocks of our fleet, this caviar's flavor tends to intensify when the golden pearls come out. Think ritzbitz or cheez its. While our Osetra does have some salinity to it, we work with farmers who use a very low Malossol content which allows the acidity to shine through.

Golden O's color ranges from dijonaise to electric neon, this caviar is a sight to be seen (and eaten).
