Kaluga is a hybrid fish developed to combat the overfishing of the Huso Huso Sturgeon ( Beluga). This caviar is THE REASON why the game has changed, producing a product that has allowed Caviar to be a more ubiquitous product for all.

This fish is designated origin in the Amur River of China, and it was produced to develop a more sustainable caviar-producing fish known for its mild & buttery pearls.

The color of Golden Kaluga tends to be more amber or mustard then pure gold.
